Although the hotel is not centrally located, it is within walking distance to some attractions and shops. the rooms are spacious and the bed linen is clean. the shower water pressure is good. the breakfast only caters to Asian taste buds and very basic, and the cleaning staff is the only friendly and helpful service you may come across.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express Hefei Downtown were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location of the hotel in the old town was excellent and convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and the shower was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money we received at this hotel. Additionally, the street food nearby was fantastic. we highly recommend this hotel for its helpful staff, great location, and comfortable accommodations.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the availability of multiple electric sockets was a pleasant surprise. All the staff members were able to speak English to some degree, which made communication smooth and hassle-free.
